For the protection of our customers, Apple does not disclose, discuss, or confirm security issues until a full investigation has occurred and any necessary patches or releases are available. To learn more about Apple Product Security, see the Apple Product Security website.

We are proud to announce that Intercept X was the only Mac endpoint protection that achieved a perfect score in every test conducted. Jun 13, 2017  I made a mistake on the pricing of Intercept-X. Intercept-X is right in the middle of Standard and Advanced as you claim. However, my Sophos sales rep wants me to push Sophos Advanced (to get malicious threat detection as well as the security heartbeat to a Sophos XG firewall) + intercept-x with an MSRP close to $ 108 per seat.

Where possible, CVE IDs are used to reference the vulnerabilities for further information.

  • Certificate Trust Policy

Available for: Mac OS X v10.6.8 and later

On the other hand, Disk Utility does seem to be working. When I bring up the Force Quit panel it seems to be okay. When I bring up Activity Monitor it shows the following: 551 Disk Utility rbp 1.0 5 76.9 MB Intel (64 bit) 90.4 MB The console log shows the following few entries for Disk Utility. Started erase on disk 1 Unmounting Disk Creating Partition Map Waiting For Disks to reappear It will move along fine & then get stuck at 'Waiting For Disks To Reappear 50%' Each disk does this. All at 50% I tried diskutil info to see if something was wacky there. This shows the disk & the size properly. They are not shown as Read Only. The Utility Menu will appear in from 5-20 minutes. Select Disk Utility and click on the Continue button. When Disk Utility loads select the drive (usually, the out-dented entry) from the side list. Click on the Erase tab in Disk Utility's main window. A panel will drop down. Set the partition scheme to GUID. If Disk Utility won't format/re-partition the SSD then the drive is likely toast and you should make an appointment with an Apple Genius to have it repaired. I had the same 'waiting for disk to reappear'. It was the Hard Disk cable. It's easy to replace, once you take the HD out. Cable cost around $40 on ebay. Erase process has failed mac.
